PLEASE REVIEW OUR PARTY POLICIES:

DEPOSIT - A non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation and hold your time spot - $50 for regular parties, $100 for private parties & at home events. If you need to make a change within 7 days prior to your event, call the studio for availability. any changes made for any reason within 48 hours prior to your event will result in a $25 fee.

PAYMENTS ONLINE - Cash and all major Credit Cards are accepted at the studio. NO CHECKS.

PARTY BALANCE - Due the day of your party. At the end of your party a MADE staff member will take payment for your remaining party balance minus the deposit. You will be charged for a minimum of 8 guests for open studio parties or 15 guests for private parties, even even if you have fewer arrive.

ARRIVAL - While we do our best to have the party area ready 15 minutes prior to your party start time, this is not guaranteed. There will be times when the room was used just before your party and our staff is preparing for your arrival. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minute prior to your party starting as we cannot guarantee that the party room will be available. For at home parties, our staff will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your project start time to set up materials and get the projects ready for party goers.

GUEST TOTAL - A final guest count must be given to MADE at the latest 24 hours prior to your event. Any shorter may result in an understaffed party. If you are over the allowed total for a party (this information is given to all customers at booking), you will be charged an additional $50 staffing fee.

If your party is booked during regular studio hours or is a hybrid party, your party is DROP-OFF only (excluding story time parties). You will be charged $7.75 for any non-painting adult or guest that stays outside of our allowed number (4 adults max).

DECORATIONS - We love to see decorations! Balloons, table wear, streamers, and basic decorations are welcome. Noise makers, confetti of any type, and silly string are NOT permitted in the studio.

PARTY TIME - MADE's party room is reserved for 60 - 90 minutes. our staff will begin cleaning up the party area at the end of your group's craft in order to prepare for the next party to arrive. because of a potential delay in getting the next party started on time, or staffing staying late, extra time is $25 charged in 15 minute increments.

Please be advised that any project other than pottery painting uses paints that may permanently stain or damage clothes or other surfaces. Please advise your party guests to wear art appropriate attire or bring a smock.

COVID-19 Information:
Masks are now optional during parties and art workshop activities. If you have booked a party and would like staff to be masked while working with your group, you can contact the studio. Note that between the hours of 1 - 6p other customers in the studio will be masked or unmasked at their own discretion. MADE follows the latest CDC and NYS guidelines and recommendations. 

If anyone in your family has symptoms of, or has been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 please contact the studio immediately to reschedule your visit or change your order to an at-home project.
